A signals system for Game Maker Studio (1.4999, 2.3 coming soon) much like asynchronous events or the events system in general, which is similar to Godot's system.

Order of Events:

Step or other - broadcast signals

End Step - receive signals (cannot broadcast signals as they will be erased in the next event)

Begin Step - reset signals

Cool idea. The Godot Signal Concept is great. I used GameMaker for a lot of GameJams and love to see, that their are still loving users developing great stuff for it 🫶
